Here's the place mat I bought at Kohls that says "Trick or Treat". I sewed three tabs on the back and we cut a dowel rod to size and threaded it and then hung it with raffia. I also stained the dowel rod with a stain from Hobby Lobby near the paint.
The placemat was only $3 bucks, and I had the rest of the stuff here. Much cheaper then a real banner.
I also made one for Thanksgiving!
